So, I’m slightly obsessed with these pants.

As you can probably tell, I LOVE anything that sparkles. I wore sequined joggers to our homecoming tailgate. I frequently get sparkly colors on my nails. I would wear sparkly lipstick if I could find some that didn’t look ridiculous on me. lol

To that end, I bought these tights from Forever 21 and wore them this weekend and I honestly can’t wait to pair them with another look. To be honest, there are times when I’ll put a look together and think “ok this is cute” and walk out of the door. Then, I look back at pics and decide it really wasn’t that great. :-/ But, I really liked the way this came together. The mix of metallics worked well together and was a little more unexpected than making it a full monochrome outfit in the same color palette.

Now, for the deets. As mentioned, the pants came from Forever 21 (online - I barely go into the store), the sweater is from Shein and the coat is a new Zara find. The booties are Steve Madden and I can’t remember where I got the earrings from but I’m gonna guess Shein. The amazing iridescent bag is from there as well.

In other news, my parents are coming to town next week and I can’t wait! Unfortunately, I haven’t seen my dad all year so I’m really excited to spend some time with them. I actually might suggest that we do some touristy/holiday stuff since we never really show them the sights when they come to town. They’ve been spending the Christmas holiday in NY for a while now so they don’t bother requesting to do touristy things but I think it might be a fun departure this year. I think my mom would die at the sight of the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center ;). What are your holiday plans? Anything exciting? Let me know in the comments below (especially if you live in NY!). xoxo - Ashley

P.S. Excuse the blurriness/darkness of some of these photos. For some reason, my camera wasn’t focused properly and I went to shoot a little later than I planned so I was racing against the sunset.
